Payment & Deposit Policy

To secure your proposal date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid one day before the proposal.

Deposit payments are accepted via Zelle, cash, or debit/credit cards, Afterpay & Klarna.

Please note that processing fees apply for certain payment methods:

  • Debit/Credit Cards (via payment link) – an additional 5% will be added to cover processing fees

  • Afterpay & Klarna – an additional 7% will be added to cover processing fees

These fees are charged by payment providers and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Location Booking Policy

Depending on your selected location (beach, park, rooftop, or private venue), a permit or reservation may be required. All location booking fees are the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the city, venue, or property. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

You are welcome to secure the location booking on your own, and we will gladly guide you through the process if needed.

If you prefer, we can handle the location booking or permit application on your behalf for an additional $300 administrative fee. Please note that this fee does not include any city or venue charges, which must be paid separately.

We strongly recommend securing your location at least 14–30 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may be subject to additional fees or limited availability. Locations requiring approval within 2 weeks of the proposal date are not guaranteed.

Photography

Final edited photos will be delivered to the client within 7 business days (and no later than 14 days) after the proposal. Each additional photo beyond the package limit may be purchased for $5 per image.

Package Customization Policy

Any customization to your selected package — including color changes, décor adjustments, or added elements — must be requested at least 7 days prior to your proposal date.

Requests made less than 7 days in advance are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Most payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

In certain cases, we may be able to issue a partial refund depending on whether funds have already been allocated toward materials, rentals, or preparation for your setup. However, refunds are not guaranteed.

Clients may reschedule their proposal once within 12 months of the original booking date. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Weather & Force Majeure Policy

If your proposal is scheduled for an outdoor location (such as a beach or park) and severe weather conditions occur (including storms or unsafe conditions), we will work with you to reschedule your proposal to the nearest available date that works for both parties.

Alternatively, we may accommodate the setup at a private location (such as a backyard), if suitable and agreed upon in advance.

Our goal is to ensure your proposal still takes place under the best possible conditions.

Rental Policy

All items listed in our add-ons (such as arches, décor, florals, and furniture) can be booked separately as part of a custom setup.

Please note that all rentals include delivery, setup, and breakdown by our team. We do not offer equipment pickup or self-installation under any circumstances.

Custom setups and standalone rentals are treated as custom packages and priced accordingly.
